Medlene
Medlene® Iowa Tenaculum Forcep is a specialized OB/GYN instrument that surgeons can use for grasping and statically holding intrapelvic soft tissues, in order to perform gynaecological procedures.
- Toothed Jaw Edges for Exceptional Grasping Action.
- S-Shaped Design for Easily Passing into Narrow Spaces.
- Ergonomic Finger Rings Ensuring Superior Handling.
The Iowa Tenaculum Forcep offers a wide array of benefits for gynaecologists and obstetric specialists. Its principal use is to retract female organs and expose the surgical field.
For this purpose, the instrument features inwardly curved jaws with teeth rows along their edges. As a result, surgeons can firmly hold and mobilize soft tissues as necessary.
Moreover, the Iowa Tenaculum Forcep features a streamlined S-shaped design for approaching the cervix with ease. Also, the ratchet system that connects the handle’s stems allows for self-locking the tips and manipulate other instruments.
