Stryker 1288 HD Video Endoscopy System As the third generation in Stryker’s HD 3-Chip Camera line, the 1288 HD 3-Chip Camera features a 1920 x 1080p resolution along with nine specialty settings, resulting in optimum color resolution and brightness.
Additional benefits include wireless transmission capabilities, four fully programmable buttons on the camera head, HD and HDTV outputs, and a touch screen LCD interface for easy navigation.
By allowing for backwards compatibility with past generation digital capture devices, scopes, and various flat panels, while also offering future capabilities with an optional fiber optic board, the Stryker 1288 HD Video Endoscopy System Camera continues to offer new solutions for improved visualization within the OR.
The 1288 HD Camera is indicated for use in general laparoscopy, nasopharyngoscopy, ear endoscopy, sinuscopy, and plastic surgery wherever a laparoscope/endoscope/arthroscope is indicated for use. It connects to the camera console and captures video and photographic images, which it relays to the camera console.
The Camera Control Unit (CCU), or camera console, is the control center for the 1288 HD Medical Video Camera, and processes the video and photographic images captured during the surgical procedure.
The C-Mount coupler threads onto the face of the camera head, enabling a scope to be attached to the camera. It provides a focusing ring to adjust image sharpness.

This reprocessing instruction applies to reusable surgical and endoscopic instruments supplied by MEDLENE Medical.
GENERAL
Reusable surgical instruments from MEDLENE Medical can be used by medical professionals for a surgical procedure and can be reused after qualified reprocessing.
The professional user selects the appropriate instruments according to the intended function, the tissue to be manipulated and the anatomical structures.
WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
MEDLENE Medical instruments must be cleaned, disinfected,
and sterilized before first use. Protective caps and transport packaging must be
removed beforehand.
A complete functional check must be carried out before each use. Improper use and overstraining due to twisting / levering can lead to breaks and permanent deformation.
Do not use metal brushes or abrasives, as there is a risk of corrosion due to surface damage. The safe
combination of instruments with each other or of instruments with implants must be checked by the user before clinical use.
Be careful when handling sharp tips and cutting edges - risk of injury.
In case of patients with Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJK), suspected CJK or possible variants of this disease, the applicable national regulations regarding the preparation of instruments must be applied. Never leave instruments in disinfectant solution for too long. Follow the instructions of the respective manufacturer.
